Go up close to our production lines, head through the tunnel, and find out exactly how we bake our products. This brand new space gives you an overview of the factory, the puff pastry production process, and of how we make palmier biscuits.

A MULTIMEDIA SHOW
Touch-screens, lighting effects, multimedia techniques: the interactive museum uses modern technology to present an ancient trade. The main attraction is in the shape of a 17-metre-long tunnel which takes you right to the heart of the production line.
All the secrets of an industrial bakery, from the processing of the raw materials to the baking and the logistics, and finally the packing of the products, are revealed on giant screens. A real spectacle!

ROBOTS WITH A HUMAN TOUCH
The house of Cornu has succeeded in combining the know-how of the craftsman with the demands of automated baking. So certain machines have been specially adapted so as to replicate the movements of the baker in minute detail.
In particular, you will discover the robot that puts the knots in pretzels, and the one that twists flutes. In this way, both tradition and authenticity are preserved at all stages of production.
A RECREATIONAL CIRCUIT FOR CHILDREN
Children can accompany adults, and can enjoy themselves throughout the visit. A recreational circuit, specially designed for children, offers multimedia games, captivating questions, listening posts and stories, presented by the mascot Twisty. The young ones can thus reflect and learn at the same time as they enjoy themselves.
ALL YOUR SENSES AWAKENED
Challenge your olfactory powers to identify some of the improbable aromas that we use in our recipes, in the barrel of raw materials. Your other senses will also be used throughout the visit.
